Fred Gregaard an NSP instructor from the International division volunteered again to run as the "sweeper" in the 2023 Swiss Alps 100 ultra marathon race in Switzerland. Fred is no stranger to the Swiss Alps as he has completed many of the races and mainly in the role of sweeper. Being the last runner to run the course and ensure the safety of all participants. The race is non stop for 48 hours over the mountains of Switzerland with a distance of 160 kms and a vertical height gain of 10'000m...! Well done Fred and a well earned beer too.
